Brad Stern is the principal of Part & Parcel.  He has a 16-year background in the following areas:

• commercial mortgage origination

• sourcing and negotiating acquisitions, and managing the due diligence process

• underwriting real estate equity investments and commercial mortgages
• evaluating potential investments and development projects

In 2002, he founded Part & Parcel, a Santa Monica, CA based appraisal and consulting firm, which specializes in the following areas:

• commercial real estate appraisals (including valuation of proposed construction, bulk valuation, partial/fractional interest valuation)
• development and investment feasibility analysis
• benchmarking studies
• litigation consulting and expert witness services related to valuation, mortgage underwriting, investment due diligence, and development feasibility.
